Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before joining or using Fit Forever Gym.
These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time as our business evolves or where required by law. Any changes will be published on the Fit Forever Gym website and take effect immediately. Continued use of the facility confirms your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
Contact and Communication
We want you to be happy with the membership plan you choose. If you are unsure which plan is right for you, please contact us before signing up and we will help you choose the most suitable option.
To ensure all requests are properly recorded and handled correctly, all membership related communication must be sent by email. This includes cancellations, payment queries, refunds and returns and complaints.
Important: Please do not contact staff via WhatsApp, social media messages, phone calls, or verbal requests at reception for membership changes. These cannot be reliably tracked or confirmed.

Membership and Access
- All members must use the barcode scanning system for contactless entry.
- Barcode cards are available at the gym. Replacement cards cost €5.
- Members must familiarise themselves with fire exits and evacuation procedures.
- In the event of an evacuation, follow staff instructions. Staff are not required to search the building.
Access by Membership Type
- Gym Membership: Access to the gym and studio.
- Classes Membership: Access to the studio only during scheduled class times. Studio access is not permitted outside class times unless agreed in writing with management.
Health and Safety
- Members must comply with all health and safety rules displayed on the premises.
- Equipment must be cleaned after use with the cleaning products provided.
- Use of the gym and its facilities is entirely at the member’s own risk.
- Fit Forever Gym accepts no liability for injury, loss, damage, or death resulting from use of the facilities.
- Members agree to indemnify Fit Forever Gym, its staff, and agents against any claims arising from their use of the gym.
Gym Rules and Facilities
- Parking at Fit Forever Cavan is free and unlimited for as long you train at the gym premises.
- No towel, no entry. Members must bring a gym towel.
- Gym bags are not permitted on the gym floor.
- Outdoor shoes or boots are not allowed. Clean indoor training shoes must be used.
Membership Terms
- Minimum age: 14.
- Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising minors at all times.
- Fit Forever Gym is not responsible for accidents or injuries involving minors.
- Lockers are for daily use only and must not be used overnight.
- Unclaimed property is held for up to 7 days before being donated to charity.
- Members are responsible for securing their belongings.
- The gym may close once per year for general maintenance.
Code of Conduct
- Equipment and facilities must not be abused or damaged.
- Members may be charged for damage caused by negligence or misuse.
- Management reserves the right to refuse entry or membership.
- Membership may be terminated for breach of these Terms or behaviour deemed harmful to the gym, staff, or other members.
Feedback or complaints must be submitted by email with full contact details so we can respond appropriately.
Payment Terms
- Monthly fees are due regardless of usage.
- If a payment fails, we may reattempt collection throughout the billing period.
- Monthly memberships are rolling and begin from the first payment date.
Cancellation Policy
Monthly Memberships
Cancellation of memberships created before 15 December 2025
Memberships purchased before 15 December 2025 were created through our previous website system powered by Wix. These memberships remain active on that system and must be managed there.
If you joined before 15 December 2025 and wish to cancel your membership, you must do so through your Wix customer account.
To cancel your membership, you must:
• Go to https://www.wix.com/my-account
• Log in using the email address you used when signing up
• Open the Subscriptions section
• Select your active membership plan
• Submit the cancellation request directly in Wix
Once submitted, your cancellation will take effect in line with the notice period and billing terms that applied at the time you joined.
Our current website cannot manage, cancel, or modify memberships created before 15 December 2025. Failure to cancel through the Wix system does not invalidate the membership or any payments due.
Cancellation of memberships created on or after 15 December 2025
Memberships purchased on or after 15 December 2025 were created through our current website and are billed via Stripe. These memberships must be managed through Stripe’s secure customer billing portal.
If you joined on or after 15 December 2025 and wish to cancel your membership, you must do so through Stripe.
To cancel your membership, you must:
• Open the Stripe billing email or receipt you received when you signed up
• Click the link to manage your subscription in the Stripe customer portal
• Log in using the email address used for the membership
• Select your active subscription
• Submit the cancellation request through Stripe
Once submitted, your cancellation will take effect in line with the notice period and billing terms that applied at the time you joined.
Our website does not manually cancel Stripe subscriptions. It is the member’s responsibility to access the Stripe customer portal and complete the cancellation correctly. Failure to cancel through Stripe does not invalidate the membership or any payments due.
Fixed Term Memberships
- 3, 6, and 12 month memberships are discounted fixed term commitments.
- These memberships are non refundable.
- They cannot be cancelled before the end of the agreed term.

Marketing Consent
By purchasing any membership or day pass, you consent to photos or video recordings taken on the premises being used for marketing purposes, including social media.
By tagging Fit Forever Gym on social media, you grant permission for the gym to reuse that content for marketing.
Privacy and CCTV
- Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Notice.
- CCTV operates throughout the gym, excluding changing areas.
- Recordings may be used for security, safety, and where appropriate, marketing purposes.
- Unlawful activity may result in legal action.
