We use cardiovascular and strength-training equipment, group fitness and boxing classes to get the results you want. our classes are tailored to all fitness levels, they are fun and challenging at the same time.

1:1 during & after hours

we provide private coaching sessions during and after working hours. Break through the fear of not knowing what you are doing and through the fear of being looked at. We help you to step in the right foot!

Kid’s Club

Would you like to workout but you couldnt because you have kids at home? So we have some good news! You can join with your kids and have great time together in our Kids Club. 
Classes are held in our super large studio and under full supervision of Rinka Fitness Cavan. Contact us for details.
